Short version: this website doesn't track you. The game holds only what it needs to run a fair game and prove your answers were counted. We don't sell anything about you to anyone.
1. This website
This website has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics cookies. You can read every page here without telling us anything about yourself.
Our web server keeps ordinary technical logs of requests it receives, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
2. The game
When you open the game inside Telegram, we receive and store:
- Your Telegram account identifier and display name, passed to us by Telegram when you open the game. This is how we know which player you are.
- Your answers, with the question and the time they arrived.
- Your progress in each game: which rounds you survived and when you were eliminated.
We do not receive your phone number or your Telegram contacts, and we cannot read your Telegram messages.
3. Why we keep it
- To run the game. We need to know who is still in and what they answered.
- To prove the result. Answers are stored so a result can be checked afterwards if it's ever questioned. This is the point of the receipt you get when you answer.
- To keep games fair. To spot multiple accounts and other cheating.
4. Who else sees it
- Other players and viewers see how many people answered and how many are still in, never who answered what while a question is open.
- Winners are always named. If you win, your Telegram name is shown to everyone watching, along with your profile photo if you have one, and we announce you in the Game Factory MV group and on our social media pages. If you win prize money, your name and the amount also go on the winners page of this website, where they stay. We do not publish your Telegram username there. This is how everybody can see the prize went to a real player, so it is not something you can opt out of. Players who do not win prize money are never listed on the website.
- We use hosting and database providers to run the service, and your data sits on their systems. They act on our instructions.
- We will share information if the law requires it.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Game records are kept as long as we need them to stand behind past results. Records that no longer serve that purpose are deleted.
6. Payments
Games are currently free, and we hold no payment information. If we introduce paid entry, payment would be handled by a licensed payment provider on our website (never inside Telegram), and this page would be updated to explain exactly what is collected before that begins.
7. Your choices
- You can ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
- You can ask us to delete your player record. We may need to keep a minimal record of a completed game so past results stay verifiable, and we'll tell you if that applies.
- You can stop playing at any time, and leave the Telegram community at any time.
8. Children
Game Factory is for players aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information about anyone younger. If you believe we have, tell us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it, and significant changes are announced in the Game Factory MV group.
